Once your order is dropped off to USPS it is no longer our responsibility to track or locate your package. If you have any questions regarding your package please contact USPS contact number 1-800-275-8777 or your local post office.

Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:
• Items are in their original condition with all security tags and labels.
• Items are in their original packaging.
• Tags remain attached to garments.
• Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.
WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Products received without authorization.
• SALE items are not eligible for a return or refund. All sales are FINAL!
• Garments that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them.
• Products received in a condition other than their original condition.
• Products without their tags attached.
• Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, makeup deodorant or body odor. If marked or damaged in any way.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen Items.
Returns must be reported within 10 days after receiving package. If not reported, we will not accept the return. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Return addresses will be included with your order.
FiveStarCollection has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition.
Exchanges
We can replace your current item with a different size or color within 20 business days. Please mail the item back to us and we will process the exchange once we have received order. We only allow for one exchange per order with FREE Shipping back to you . We don’t do free exchange for international orders.
Refund
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Refund time for credit card payments varies depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are instant. so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times.
